Hard tags are reusable plastic tags used to protect articles of clothing. Label tags are single use inexpensive tags used for hard goods.

There are many styles of tags available. Our Standard in house frequency is 4.8MHz and 8.2MHz.

Superlock Mini Hard Tags (4.8MHz)

The Superlock Mini Hard Tags has a diameter of only 50mm and is our standard tag used for 4.8MHz systems. They offer an excellent value and a good detection range. The tags are available in white and have the newest style locking mechanism available. Detection is up to 110cm

Superlock Standard Hard Tags (4.8MHz)

The Standard hard tag is slightly larger than the mini hard tag at a diameter of 62mm allowing for a longer detection range yet still at a low cost. In our 4.8MHz systems a detection range can be up to 140cm

Superlock Grip Tags (4.8MHz)

The Grip tag has a rubber coated metal loop that allows the tag to be fastened to bottles or any other round hard object such as tennis rackets or golf clubs. It is the same size tag as the Mini Hard tag and has the same detection range.

Soft Tags (4.8MHz)

Soft tags are used either as secondary tags on expensive goods or can be used as the primary tag where the tag needs to be as thin as possible. The Soft tags are printed with a fake bar code and either “Quality Control” printed on it or an international size chart. Available with or without a locking pin & clutch. Detection range is up to 130cm

Superlock UFO Tags (8.2MHz)

The Superlock UFO tag is small and has a detection range similar to a 5x5cm Label tag. These tags are used only in stores requiring 8.2MHz labels and need hard tags for article of clothing or other soft goods where labels wont work .

Label Tags (4.8MHz & 8.2MHz)

Label tags are paper thin tags where a circuit is printed on a label with an adhesive side so that it can be applied to hard products such as CD’s, boxed products and general merchandise. The tags are available in 4x4cm and 5x5cm with a simulated bar code. The tags are single use and must be deactivated before the product leaves the store.

Ink Pin/Tag

The Ink will detonate if it is forcefully removed. It can be used as a regular pin with hard tags or as a non-alarming tag using a clutch which is useful for protecting goods near EAS systems or outside the store
