RMA Request
(Return Merchandise Authorization)
We offer a 3 year warranty on all our electronics. If any products require repair,
please fill out our RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the product,
serial and description of problem and send the form to us via e-mail or fax.
This must be done BEFORE sending back any products.
We will send the form back to you with an RMA number. This form must be included
with the shipment.
Note: When shipping boards to Canada be sure to indicate on the shipping and
customs labels 'Electronics made in Canada, return for warranty repair'. If
this is not indicated it will be charged duty when crossing the border which
we will charge to you.
We may be able to troubleshoot problems without having the merchandise
returned to us, therefore please contact us if you are having problems.
